Poetry: write two acrostic poems, one using your name and the other is a word or phrase of choice;
PAST DUE: second draft of a descriptive word poem about any inanimate object you choose.  Consider how to place the words on your page other than a long sentence.

The Exit Pass on constructing figures and identifying attributes was appropriately completed by many students within the assigned time.  Choosing to effectively use class time to complete tasks and asking questions for clarification is important for all members in our classroom.    

Music: - visit the music blog and share your thoughts on, "what you think you know about being a composer?" within the wallwisher wall
- sign up for a "timetoast" account (use the class assigned gmail address).  Consider a modern composer who has inspired you with their music and begin to gather information about them.  Over the next two weeks students will create a digital timeline of their achievements.
